The 11th annual Global Dance Festival will be hitting Red Rocks Amphitheater this weekend (Fri July 19th-Sun July 21st) for three nights, with three stages, and dozens of incredible artists. This year though, Global Dance is switching up the game plan a bit to add a slight different sound to the mix.
Friday night’s kick-off will include Beats Antique, EOTO, Emancipator, Conspirator, Papadosio and others whose sound is not the norm for Global Dance shows. This will add a lighter flair to the dance mix, which will cater more to people who have or may attend the annual Sonic Bloom festival in Georgetown, Colorado.
But don’t let that be a deterrent! The line up for Saturday includes Savoy, Sander van Doorn, Arty and other usual Triad favorites such as Dragon and Jontron, and Triad Dragons. Dubstep and bass fiends alike will have Sunday to look forward to with a special performance by Grizmatik (Griz and Gramatik together) as well as sets by Mimosa, Cookie Monsta, and Kill Paris.
For the side stages, there will be Bass Physics, Carnage, Candyland, Robag Wruhme, Sagaves, Jim-E Stack, Caustik, Subliminal, and many, many more.
