Denver, CO – Illegal Pete’s, Frontiere Natural Meats, Music Gallery International, Breckenridge Brewery of Colorado and Badger’s Pub are sponsoring Denver renegades of entertainment media and geek culture, Groovey.TV, as the team attempts to break the world’s record for most televised interviews in a 24-hour period at the Underground Music Showcase (UMS). This interview extravaganza will take place starting at 11 a.m. on July 26th, 2014 in Badger’s Pub on 76 S. Broadway.
“Last year we completed 33 interviews in six hours at another music festival,” says Groovey, founder of Groovey.TV. “So going for the world’s record this year seems like a natural progression for our Endurance Interview Series. We chose our hometown of Denver because of the overwhelming support of the festival itself including the performers, the people of Denver and our sponsors. Plus UMS is an enormous festival and we will have plenty of musicians, artists and other practitioners of badassery to help us reach the world’s record interview goal.”
If you are going to be performing at UMS, you are invited to take part in Groovey.TV’s world’s record attempt at Badgers Pub on July 26th. Please contact [email protected] to get on the schedule. Walk-ins and non-UMS performers are welcome, but you have to be an artistic badass of some sort.
